Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the Fav Bet services provided through the website favs.bet (the "Website" and together with the related betting and gaming services, the "Services") and are effective from 6 November 2025 ("Effective Date"). By accessing or using the Services after the Effective Date you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Services are operated internationally by Favorit United N.V., a company registered in Curaçao under registration number 121466, with registered office at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad, Curaçao and principal place of business at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower), Willemstad, Curaçao ("Favorit United N.V."). Payment processing for certain transactions may be carried out by Bintpash Ltd., a company registered in Cyprus with registered address at Agiou Georgiou Makri, 64, Anna Maria Lena Court, Flat 201, 6037, Larnaca, Cyprus. Fav Bet is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission; if you are resident in Great Britain you must not access or use the gambling Services on favs.bet, and nothing in these Terms constitutes an offer of Services to such persons.
Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- Operator means Favorit United N.V., registration number 121466, registered in Curaçao, operating the Fav Bet brand on favs.bet, together with any group entities it uses to provide the Services, including Bintpash Ltd. as a payment processing subsidiary.
- Fav Bet means the localised presentation of the Fav Bet Services on favs.bet intended for informational purposes for users located in the United Kingdom; it does not override the restriction that residents of Great Britain are not permitted to use the gambling Services because the Operator does not hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission.
- User or you means any natural person who accesses the Website or uses the Services, whether or not they complete registration as a Player.
- Player means a User who has successfully opened an online gambling account on favs.bet, completed all required verification procedures and is accepted by the Operator as a customer.
- Account means the registered user account created on favs.bet in the name of a Player for the purpose of participating in betting and gaming activities and managing funds.
- Bet or Wager means any amount of money staked by a Player on an event or game made available through the Services, whether sports betting, casino, live casino or other games.
- Bonus means any promotional benefit (including bonus funds, free bets, free spins, cashback or similar) credited to a Player's Account subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements.
- Wagering Requirements means the minimum amount that must be staked using real-money funds and/or bonus funds before Bonus funds, winnings from Bonuses or other promotional benefits become withdrawable.
- Payment Method means any deposit or withdrawal option supported by the Operator from time to time, such as bank cards, bank transfer, e-wallets or, where legally permitted, cryptocurrencies.
- Prohibited Jurisdiction means any country or territory where online gambling is illegal under local law, where the Operator does not hold the necessary licence, or where the Operator has chosen not to accept players, which expressly includes Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).
- Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Curaçao.
- Responsible Gambling Tools means functionalities such as deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, time-outs and self-exclusion options that may be provided in order to support safer play.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You may register an Account only if you are at least 18 years old, or older where the minimum legal age for gambling in your country of residence exceeds 18. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where satisfactory evidence is not provided.
- Jurisdictional restrictions: You may not open or use an Account if you are resident in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including Great Britain, or if you are physically located in such a jurisdiction when accessing the Services. By registering, you confirm that you are not resident in Great Britain and that you will not access the gambling Services from Great Britain or any other Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Legal capacity: By opening an Account you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
Registration Process and KYC
- Account creation: To open an Account you must complete the registration form on favs.bet, providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number and any other details requested by the Operator.
- Email and contact verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address and/or telephone number, for example by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to you. Failure to complete such verification may result in restrictions on your Account.
- Know Your Customer (KYC): Before allowing deposits, betting, withdrawals, or at any later time, the Operator may conduct identity, age, residence, source-of-funds and anti-money laundering checks. You may be asked to provide documents such as a passport or ID card, proof of address, payment method statements and other supporting evidence. Until such checks are completed to the Operator's satisfaction, your Account may be suspended or subject to limits, and withdrawals may be delayed or refused.
- Use of subsidiaries: For payment processing the Operator may rely on Bintpash Ltd. or other group entities, and your KYC information may be shared within the group strictly for regulatory and compliance purposes, in line with the Privacy Policy.
Account Obligations and Security
- Accuracy of data: You agree to keep your registration information up to date and accurate at all times and to inform the Operator of any changes (such as address or name changes). Providing false or misleading information, including about your age or place of residence, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate Account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
- Login details: You must keep your username, password and any other security credentials secret and not disclose them to any third party. You are responsible for all activity on your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless such activity results from the Operator's failure to take reasonable care.
- One account policy: You may register only one Account with the Operator. Multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed, Bonuses cancelled and balances transferred to the primary Account, subject to applicable law.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed by a third party, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support via the channels stated in the Contact Information section.
Responsible Gambling and Account Controls
- Personal limits: Where available, you are encouraged to set personal deposit, loss or wagering limits and to use any Responsible Gambling Tools offered on favs.bet. The Operator may also impose limits where required by applicable law or for risk management reasons.
- Self-exclusion: If you consider that you may have a gambling problem, you should use any self-exclusion or time-out tools provided and seek independent help. For residents of the UK (including Northern Ireland) independent support is available from organisations such as GamCare and BeGambleAware.org. Residents of Great Britain must not use the gambling Services because the Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Participation
- Funded Account: Bets may be placed only using cleared funds available in your Account balance. You may not place bets exceeding your available balance or using funds from a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or betting market may specify minimum and maximum bet amounts. These limits are displayed on the Website or within the relevant game interface. Attempts to place bets outside these limits may be rejected or automatically adjusted.
- Bet confirmation: A bet is deemed placed only when it has been accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history or transaction log with a unique reference number. If you are unsure whether a bet has been accepted, you should check your history before placing a duplicate bet.
- Game rules: Specific game rules, pay tables and return-to-player (RTP) information are provided within each game or category. These form part of these Terms, and by participating you agree to be bound by such rules.
Settlement, Cancellation and Errors
- Settlement of bets: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event or according to the rules of the particular game as published on the Website. Once a bet has been settled, the outcome is final, subject to manifest error or result correction by the relevant authority.
- Cancellation and modification: After a bet has been accepted, you do not have a right to cancel or amend it. The Operator may, at its discretion, offer cash-out or partial cash-out options on certain bets, subject to the terms displayed at the time.
- Obvious errors: In case of a technical malfunction, incorrect prices, obvious typographical errors or other manifest errors in odds, lines or game operation, the Operator may declare the affected bets void, settle them at the correct price, or restore the Account to the state before the erroneous transaction. Where legally required, stakes may be returned for void bets.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Games
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully when using live casino tables, chat functions or any interactive features. Abusive, insulting, threatening, discriminatory, obscene or harassing language or conduct is strictly prohibited.
- No fraud or collusion: You must not engage in fraudulent behaviour, collusion with other players, exploitation of software bugs, use of automated systems ("bots") or any unfair strategies intended to gain an advantage. The Operator may void bets, withhold winnings, suspend or close Accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and regulators.
- Responsible play: You must not gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose or on behalf of others. The Operator reserves the right to impose limits, freeze funds or close Accounts if it believes that gambling activity may be harmful to you or is otherwise inconsistent with responsible gambling principles.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Promotional offers: From time to time the Operator may offer Bonuses, promotions and loyalty rewards on favs.bet. Each promotion is subject to these Terms and to specific rules published on the promotion page or communicated by email or notification.
- Activation conditions: To receive a Bonus you may need to opt in, enter a promo code, make a qualifying deposit, place a qualifying bet or meet other criteria. Unless expressly stated, Bonuses are available only once per person, Account, household, IP address, device and payment method.
- Jurisdictional restrictions: Some Bonuses may be restricted or unavailable in certain countries or to Users from Prohibited Jurisdictions. Residents of Great Britain are not eligible for Bonuses because they are not permitted to use the gambling Services on favs.bet.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- General wagering: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, a 100% deposit Bonus of £20 with a 30x wagering requirement on the Bonus amount would require £600 in qualifying bets before Bonus funds and related winnings become withdrawable.
- Qualifying bets: Only bets placed on qualifying games or markets count towards wagering requirements. Stakes on certain games (for example, low-risk roulette bets or restricted slots) may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all, as specified in the promotion rules.
- Time limits: Bonuses and wagering requirements must usually be completed within a specified period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) from the date of Bonus credit in 2025. Failure to complete wagering within the stated timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
Prohibited Bonus Practices and Combining Promotions
- Abusive strategies: The following practices are generally prohibited and may result in Bonus cancellation and confiscation of winnings: placing minimal-risk bets, hedging bets across accounts, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting obvious promotional errors.
- Bonus stacking: Unless expressly allowed, you may participate in only one active welcome Bonus or first-deposit promotion at a time. Other promotions may be subject to similar restrictions, and the specific promotion terms will set out whether offers can be combined.

Deposit Methods and Limits

- Cards and regulatory restrictions: In jurisdictions where the use of credit cards for gambling is restricted or prohibited (including Great Britain), such methods will not be offered or must not be used to fund gambling transactions. Failure to provide requested documents may lead to cancellation or delay of withdrawals, in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Funds
- Refund policy: Deposits successfully credited to your Account and used for betting are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, and at the Operator's discretion and subject to regulatory requirements, a refund of unused deposits may be considered.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or reversal of a payment, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, cancel pending bets, deduct the amount of the chargeback and any reasonable associated costs from your balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities and credit agencies.
- Bonus-related funds: If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling wagering requirements, the Operator may cancel the Bonus and any associated winnings, crediting only your real-money balance, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the specific promotion terms.
Limitation of Liability
Our Obligations and Service Availability
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator uses reputable software and service providers and takes reasonable steps to ensure that games and betting markets are operated fairly and that results are generated and recorded accurately.
- Service continuity: While the Operator endeavours to keep the Services available without interruption, it does not guarantee continuous, error-free or secure access. Maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond the Operator's control may affect availability.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical failures and errors: The Operator is not responsible for losses resulting from failures of telecommunications, the internet, your equipment, software or browser, or from technical errors, unless such failures are caused directly by the Operator's negligence or wilful misconduct. In cases of system malfunction, bets and games may be voided and stakes restored where required by law.
- Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or loss of opportunity arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.
- Maximum liability: Subject to mandatory legal protections that cannot be excluded, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising from any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the higher of: (i) the amount of the relevant bet or wager giving rise to the claim; or (ii) the amount actually and demonstrably lost from your Account as a direct result of the event, up to a reasonable cap consistent with applicable consumer law.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, where relevant, UK consumer protection law).
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Protected materials: All content on favs.bet, including trademarks (such as Fav Bet), logos, branding, text, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, animations, audio, video, software and underlying source code, is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for your private, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
- No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, publicly display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or software from the Website without the Operator's prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.
- No reverse engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Services, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Terms
Amendment and Notification
- Right to modify: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to comply with legal or regulatory changes, to reflect new products or features, or for security reasons. The version published on favs.bet from time to time reflects the current Terms and will indicate the date of last update, which will not be earlier than 2025 for amendments made after the Effective Date.
- User notification: Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, for example by email, on-site message, or banner notice on favs.bet. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your Right to Discontinue Use
- If you do not agree: If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Services, cancel any outstanding bets that can lawfully be cancelled, and request withdrawal of any eligible balance, subject to verification and legal requirements.
- Existing obligations: Changes to the Terms will not affect bets already placed and accepted before the effective date of the change, which will continue to be governed by the version of the Terms applicable at the time the bet was placed, unless a change is required by law or regulator and must apply retrospectively.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Rights
- Suspension and closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, cancel bets and withhold funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, abuse of Bonuses, attempted to use the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction (including Great Britain), or where required by law or a regulator.
- Regulatory or risk-based actions: The Operator may also temporarily or permanently restrict your Account for risk management, responsible gambling or security reasons, or if required to do so by a court or regulatory authority.
User's Rights and Consequences of Termination

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Primary governing law: These Terms, your Account and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence that may apply for your protection as a consumer.
- UK regulatory context: Remote gambling offered to persons in Great Britain is subject to licensing by the UK Gambling Commission. Fav Bet does not hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission, and the Services are not offered to persons resident in Great Britain. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable UK law regarding unlicensed operators.
Dispute Resolution

You should provide your name, Account details, a clear description of the issue and any relevant supporting documentation.
- Regulator complaints portal: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, and provided you are eligible to use the service, you may submit a complaint to Curaçao eGaming via its public complaints portal at https://curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/complaints-landing, following the instructions provided there.
- Court jurisdiction: Subject to the foregoing and to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your local courts, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
